Description
This beachfront property has been in the family for over 60 years. The old house was demolished, and we had the privilege of building a new holiday home in its place for them to enjoy for the next 60 years. The construction of substantial retaining walls and the importing of large quantities of fill allowed us to elevate the beautiful new home to maximise the 180-degree ocean views. This build was a real treat for us!
