St Mary’s Diocesan School for Girls

Our original mandate was to replace the asbestos roof covering and ceilings on the school hall and one of the boarding establishments during a mid-term break. In doing so we, together with the highly proficient professional team, found that the roof structure itself needed to be replaced and so the scope of work changed considerably but the time available to us did not. A quick shuffling of resources and an amazing collaboration between client, contractor, sub-contractors, and suppliers made the new mandate achievable. The project was a resounding success made sweeter by the unexpected turn of events and the challenges they presented.
