We first tendered on the construction of this new home back in 2016 but it only recently came to fruition, and we are so glad it did. Overlooking the 8th fairway of the Cotswold Downs Luxury Golf Estate in Hillcrest this home is the product of great architectural design work and the application of sound engineering principles on a challenging piece of land. Despite the challenges, the home has a wonderful look and feel to it making it difficult to wake up in a bad mood.
