This was one of our favourite renovations for a family we just loved working with. We convinced the client to move out of their home while we carried out the improvements and boy are they glad we did. What the pictures don’t show is how we broke this house down but what they do show is how great synergy between client and builder can produce amazing results.

"Our six-month renovation was a big decision as it required us moving out of our home completely. At times it was exceptionally hard visiting site and seeing our only family home semi-demolished, but the end-result was so worth it. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of builder. Jason, his wonderful team of staff and sub-contractors tackled our renovation with such professionalism and ease. No obstacle that arose was impossible for Jason to resolve and every solution was reached in the calmest way possible. Many people we know that have built a new house or done renovations, have often said it can put a marriage to the test! We didn’t have this problem and we feel we have Miramar Projects to thank for this! Jarvis and I can recall only one instance where we were called to site to agree to a change that needed to be made. We each had a difference of opinion which was simply resolved by Jason, who gave his opinion with a practical explanation. When we are ready to do it all over again, Miramar Projects will be our first call!"
