How It All Started
Miramar Projects was established in 2002 to meet the demand for a high quality construction company amidst an array of “fly-by-night” concerns which arose in response to a property boom across the country approximately nineteen years ago.
Initially, Miramar Projects was primarily involved in the construction of new up-market homes but has since expanded its footprint into the fast food outlet and office block sectors throughout KwaZulu-Natal. In doing so, we have developed a sizeable paint contracting division which services both the construction and renovation industries.

Miramar Projects is owned and managed by Jason Hawley who is first and foremost a family man, but also a Professional Land Surveyor who has practised as such both in South Africa and the Republic of Botswana.
He, together with his loyal and dedicated team of eighty plus proudly South African employees, are relentless in their pursuit of building and painting excellence irrespective of the time and budget constraints. They are just as passionate about the aesthetics of a building as they are its structural integrity which is why Miramar Projects is consistently commended on the quality of its work as well as its attention to detail.
